      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound calls from current and potential customers to deliver tailored technology solutions
      - Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
      - Identify diverse technology needs for customers and effectively integrate solutions
      - Coach, mentor, and train junior Sales Solutions Advocates (for Level II)
      - Maintain a relentless focus on providing "Customer Inspired" experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of business or related work experience in a sales environment
      - High school diploma or recognized equivalent
      - Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection
      - For Level II: At least two years of proven experience as a Sales Solutions Advocate I or similar role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Evidence of exceeding individual sales and customer experience metrics
      - Experience in sales via phone or in a fast-paced environment
      - Four-year college degree
      - Coaching, training, or mentoring experience
