What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate disease state competency and articulate value propositions for customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to accounts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required; biological science or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales
- Strong clinical expertise in oncology preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in launching new products and/or indications
- Familiarity with immunohistochemistry or next-generation sequencing
- Proven ability to sell in an adult oncology setting
- Experience with both capital and companion diagnostics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop effective business plans
