What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consultatively sell a diverse portfolio of Life Science products and services, focusing on Genomics, Proteomics, and Cell Biology
- Identify and convert competitive Life Science products to offerings available from the employer and distributors
- Manage a sales pipeline and develop tailored Life Science workflow solutions for customers
- Train and motivate sales representatives to effectively promote target Life Science workflow product areas
- Attend and host regional meetings, strategy sessions, technical seminars, and vendor shows to enhance territory ownership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science area is required; Master’s or PhD preferred
- 2-3 years of Life Science research/lab experience required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Driver's License in good standing and willingness to travel at least three days a week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
