?The Sales Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to maximize sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for a Sales Supervisor is 18 or 21 depending on the location. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
