This position is a key contributor in supporting our CRM strategy and sales support activities for the Industrial business in EMEA.

      Job description

      The CRM Project Manager position will have overall responsibility to manage the current and future CRM strategy for the EMEA Industrial Print team. This role will define business requirements for Industrial, work with other Industrial regions & EMEA functions (Sales, Marketing, Services, and Category) to drive our business needs, coordinate project plans with WW Industrial and the MS Dynamics project team, and assist sales with CRM support and training.

      Key Objectives

      • Responsible for supporting Industrial EMEA Sales & Operations team in all areas of CRM, including funnel management, leads, contacts, accounts, training, etc.
      • Assist with driving CRM data quality initiatives and reporting.
      • Implement new functionality provided from HP corporate to continuously improve Industrial Sales usability & productivity, social selling incentive, etc.
      • Support all territory management optimization for EMEA Industrial Sales
      • Microsoft Dynamics support & release management, including training & communication.
      • Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post-project evaluations.
      • Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
      • Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
      • Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.

      Responsibilities

      • Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.
      • Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.
      • Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
      • Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
      • Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
      • Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.

      Other Responsibilities

      • May be involved in other sales tools projects or support such as sales compensation, CPQ, and improving our analytic capabilities.
      • Establishing a world-class sales support structure for MS Dynamics.
      • Continuously looking for ways to improve our Industrial Sales efficiency via tools or processes.

      Knowledge and Skills

      • CRM experience (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
      • Excel skills (advanced preferred)
      • Analytic skills
      • Sales &/or Marketing support experience
      • Project management experience, including use of project management tools (MS Project, etc.)
      • In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
      • In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
      • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
      • Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
      • Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
      • Solid financial and business acumen.

      Education and Experience Required

      • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
      • Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
      • Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
      • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
