- Sales & Market Data Analysis: Research, compile, and analyze sales and market data from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights and performance reports
- Commercial Process Support: Provide operational support for core commercial processes such as business planning tools, and database management (e.g., customer data, sales forecasts)
- Regional Reporting: Coordinate the compilation, review, and timely circulation of regional reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency of commercial data across markets
- Digitalization Initiatives: Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives aimed at streamlining reporting workflows and enhancing data accessibility for the business team
- Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality presentations and visual content for internal reviews, business updates, and external meetings, ensuring message clarity and branding alignment
- Administrative and Meeting Coordination: Organize team meetings, prepare meeting materials, track action items, and support general administrative tasks that contribute to smooth day-to-day operations
- Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial operations, or market analysis, preferably within the Chemical industry
- Basic understanding of Chemical products or B2B sales cycle is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, Tableau and/or other marketing tools
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
- Able to work independently in a matrix organization and collaborate across countries and functions
- Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with an interest in driving operational excellence

Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to grow in a dynamic, international environment within a market-leading multinational chemical company.
Reporting directly to the Business Team Director in Singapore, the Sales Support Analyst will play a key role in providing operational and strategic support to the commercial team. This includes supporting sales processes, analyzing market data, coordinating regional reporting, and enabling the team to make data-driven decisions.
The incumbent will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the region to ensure commercial efficiency, alignment of planning tools and reporting systems.
