      Role Overview

      The Sales Assistant Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end PO management, budget tracking, communicating prices and promotions to PepsiCo's clients. Sales Assistant Analyst will be closely collaborating with Sales Force from Spanish BU.


      Responsibilities

      Customer Services Administrator

      • Create and Update Customer/Vendor system information
      • Develop and Maintain Customer payment schedule
      • Issue Customers/vendors Purchase orders against invoices/quotations and coordinate with Control to identify respective FS and validate budget sufficiency
      • Follow through payment process to ensure payments are released to customers/vendors within promised time
      • Data analysis & reporting activities
      • Performing other administrative ad hoc requests

      Qualifications

      • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
      • 1 – 2 year of experience in Customer support roles
      • Hands -on experience with Skelta for Fact sheets and SAP P17 for Purchase orders.
      • Time management and organization Skills.
      • Spanish language fluency
      • English language proficiency
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
