- Ensures the efficient and timely communication with WSP Sales Users Community
- Serves as the Horizon (Oracle) Subject Matter Expert in Canada and explains system functionality and outputs
- Monitors and updates Sales data in a timely manner to maintain the highest quality information and adherence to company standards and processes
- Trains users on Horizon systems, processes, job responsibilities and new system enhancements
- Answers questions and troubleshoots problems from users and technical staff about Horizon
- Gathers and validates data required by stakeholders and Senior Management
- Manages Opportunity Risk Assessment and Delegation of Authority workflows by working closely with Project Delivery Teams to ensure approvals are done correctly
- Manages Sales Administrator Outlook inbox, troubleshooting problems, rerouting or re-triggering workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database systems such as Oracle
- Experience in Sales, customer service and business development
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Understand and prioritize business needs
- Strong organizational skills and effectively meet tight deadlines
- Consistently deliver high-caliber, accurate work with a high degree of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and who is committed to the success of WSP
The Opportunity:
WSP is currently seeking a bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to join the Business Development team in Montreal. This position provides support to the firm’s the Sales Users Community, and to the Director Strategic Growth. This role focuses on efficiently maintaining the Horizon (Oracle) CX Sales Module and associated systems, ensuring compliance with current processes, performing audit reports, creating sales report, analyzing data, training, and fulfilling information requests from different stakeholders. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented and will provide high-caliber communications to senior staff nationwide.
