      Job Description

      Contributes to improving the efficiency of the Sales Team through delivery of a Sales Support service. Delivers a consistent support function to the Sales team within their team seeking continuing efficiencies in, and improvements to, the service. Ensure consistency with the global model of the EMEA Sales Support service.


      Maintain a customer centric and adaptable culture within the Sales Support team. Employee needs to respond in timely manner to Customer Inquiries and Requests and in some instances will need coordinate multiple resources too (Customer Care, Pricing, BUs, Domain Experts).

      Principal duties and responsibilities:

      • Provide pricing & quotation support to the Sales team (including liaison with
      • customer and Rockwell Automation teams where required) for standard products (including software).
      • Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
      • Provide first level support to the Sales team with internal RA processes and tools
      • Assist in reducing the administrative burden on Sales team.
      • Assist in providing a great experience for customers.
      • Good experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes, and tools.
      • Keeps skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical and commercial) up to date
      • Takes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization or markets

      Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

      • Prior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization is a must
      • Capability to work remotely and on the telephone
      • PC knowledge: MS Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Daily use of CRM packages
      • Local language skills, plus excellent English language (written & spoken) Swedish language would be a nice to have
