      Position Summary:

      The Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive support to all AtriCure sales representatives and territories. This role involves direct interaction with hospital purchasing and administrative teams, as well as distributors, to facilitate the sale of our products.

      What will you be doing?

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital communications related to customer order processing, ensuring compliance with internal SOX and auditing requirements.
      • Assist sales representatives with customer quotes and follow-up activities.
      • Coordinate all customer agreements.
      • Assist sales representatives with hospital registrations and administration in the AtriCure system.
      • Manage the sales representative trunk stock program, including quarterly reconciliations and compliance checks.
      • Provide additional administrative support to the sales team as needed.

      A little about yourself:

      • At least two years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field.
      • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and another European language, preferably French.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (MS Dynamics GP or a comparable ERP).
      • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and proactiveness.
      • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
      • Ability to prioritize and shift seamlessly from ad-hoc tasks to long-term recurring responsibilities.
      • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.
