      Summary of Position:

      In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing customer quotes.

      Essential Functions:

      Validate all requirements and create a quote

      Determine margin profile related to customer and OEM on behalf of Denali

      Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy

      Validate if the current part number is accurate

      Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings

      Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)

      Conduct effective communication with Denali sales and operations personnel

      Provide quality service to Denali’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Denali Values at all times

      Work on multiple complex high-priority projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines

      Work cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements (i.e. bundling HW/SW quotes and Services pricing)

      Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist sales to win opportunities

      Perform other duties as assigned

      Work Environment:

      This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

      Physical Demands:

      The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

      Required Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 1-3 Years of Experience

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of administrative support or order processing experience
      • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales or procurement-related experience
      • Licensing/Certifications are not required; Manufacture Sales Certifications or Sales Acumen Training and Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
