      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively contact and consult with clients for pre-sale annuity education support
      - Build expertise in annuity products, financial planning, and market trends
      - Collaborate with the director of new business and key associates to drive sales and increase product awareness
      - Maintain sales call data in appropriate systems
      - Utilize software tools including Salesforce, Gdrive, and PowerPoint for sales support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 2 years' working experience with life/annuity clients
      - At least 1 year of experience in internal wholesaling or providing sales solutions in financial services
      - Must possess a State Life & Health license at the time of application or obtain within 180 days of hire
      - Proven communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Over 2 years’ experience internal wholesaling with life/annuity products
      - Experience working with Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)
      - Strong self-management skills, including time management and prioritization
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Extensive knowledge of individual life insurance products and trends
