Location: San Juan area, PR. What´s the role? As the Sales Support Specialist, you will provide ongoing support for sales channel(s).Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store’s retail experience. Maintaining the integrity of store operating procedures including: Inventory management, cash management, point of sale paperwork/recordkeeping, assists in the adherence to store merchandising standards. Operate various internal tools and systems, terminal consoles and peripheral devices, and maintain time critical daily, weekly, and monthly records with a high degree of detail and accuracy. Act as the operational liaison between agents, vendors, customers, and Liberty departments. How can you add value? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Support various functional operations within a sales channel and maintains operational processes in support of the channel. Activities may include billing support, maintenance of central repository listings, distributing and archiving contractual documents. Interact with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participate on projects on an as needed basis. May be assigned to moderately complex analytical projects. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Work on problems of limited scope. Provide support with monthly inventory. Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions may be assigned. What do you need? Other Qualifications: Good communication & interpersonal skills Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English). Able to strive in a fast-paced, structured, multifaceted and high-transaction environment, with the ability to provide an excellent customer service. Ability to make real connections with customers by providing an outstanding and happy customer experience. Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office. Knowledge on Telecommunications. Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required. May be required to wear a uniform or company apparel as designated by management.
