What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver blended training for new hires and tenured sales team members on sales systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and improve SST utilization
- Facilitate dynamic training sessions, both in-person and virtual, focusing on best practices for sales tools
- Engage with seller feedback data to address skill gaps and improve ongoing SST updates
- Provide Train the Trainer sessions to scale training globally and ensure SST content is current
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience developing and delivering sales systems and tools training, preferably in a large technology company
- Expertise in creating sales enablement content and delivering engaging training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Dynamics 365 CRM
