      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and deliver blended training for new hires and tenured sales team members on sales systems and tools
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps in sales system utilization
      - Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual, focused on effective sales tool usage
      - Programmatically ensure all sales systems training content remains current and relevant
      - Gather and apply feedback from sellers and sales leaders for ongoing training improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in developing and delivering sales systems and tools training in a large technology company
      - Expertise in creating engaging sales enablement content
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sales tools such as Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Dynamics 365 CRM
      - Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams
      - Ability to engage with diverse audiences
