What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound phone calls to existing customers to offer upgrades and exclusive offers
- Determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from sale to installation
- Balance customer experience and address potential customer concerns
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay current with product and service offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License (paid for by Vivint)
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Able to work full-time with a flexible schedule
- Proficient with basic computer functions and software utilization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer upgrades or sales specialist capacity
