What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct pre-set appointments with clients to assess their organizational needs
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through product offerings
- Educate clients on home organization solutions and design options
- Follow sales training protocols to effectively assist residential customers
- Utilize communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction during the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No degree or prior sales experience necessary
- Must have reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be coachable and willing to complete 12-week paid sales training
- Growth mindset and adaptability to learn sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Interest or background in home organization or interior design
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with design software or tools used in home design
- Enthusiasm for helping others and solving problems
