- Work on Profile Management, user management, roles, workflows, leads, opportunities, permissions, and rules.
- Design and implement updates to Salesforce or its 3rd party application solutions using best practices through standard configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Ability to automate repetitive tasks using Salesforce capabilities or scripting languages (Python etc)
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification (Highly desired)
- Salesforce Security Specialist certification (Highly desired)
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration/configuration including profiles, roles, sharing rules, groups, permissions, security, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, data management, reporting, dashboards, workflow, triggers and assignment rules, self-service functionality
- Experience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight
- Experience in Security configuration

Description:
Responsible for configuration, administrative support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills:
• The ability to solve highly complex business problems across platforms utilizing Salesforce and other business applications
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive and positive attitude, always willing to collaborate with team members and colleagues
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize various requests and responsibilities
Additional Skills:
• Create and manage users, user groups, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
• Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
• Build and maintain business automation processes with Flow Builder
• Handle administrative functions such as sandbox management, user management, password resets, performance and technical issues, operational requests, support data migrations and manage integrations.
• Evaluate and manage Salesforce releases
• Logging and troubleshooting tickets with Salesforce support.
• Launching, managing and fine-tuning in-depth dashboards and reports
• Performing and participating in periodic security audits
• Auditing/accepting/testing/implementing Salesforce platform updates - Aware of the release notes for the upcoming version of Salesforce.com to see if any of the existing features the system depends on, are being deprecated or changed significantly.
• Validate the changes that affect the existing system due to Salesforce updates.
• Add/Delete the records from Salesforce and understand the object relationship.
