Job Description
- Req#: 67512000077586050
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce production environment ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Configure Salesforce features including fields Salesforce Flows queues and public groups to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support to end users addressing their needs and troubleshooting issues via screen sharing and direct communication
thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation. - Monitor application performance making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Experience in administering the Salesforce platform, with a focus on being a dedicated Admin rather than a developer.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end users and troubleshoot issues.
- Desirable to have the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder.
- A sense of urgency in handling admin requests from a hierarchy of users.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Availability to work during EST/PST hours.
The Salesforce Administrator is a key role responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce production environment to support our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills proven experience as a dedicated Salesforce Admin and excellent communication abilities to interact with users and troubleshoot issues.
