      Position: Salesforce Administrator

      Job Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing development, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform in support of the organization's sales, marketing, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
      • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
      • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
      • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key performance metrics.
      • Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
      • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.
      • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and assess their impact on the organization.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and data integrity.
      • Maintain a clean and organized Salesforce instance by archiving and managing obsolete or outdated components.
      • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement advanced customizations and solutions when necessary.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
      • Salesforce Administrator certification (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator) is preferred.
      • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and customizing the platform.
      • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
      • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and security settings.
      • Experience with data management and integration tools and techniques.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus.
      • Familiarity with agile methodologies is beneficial.

      Compensation Range:
      $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
