      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain Salesforce, CPQ, integrations, and managed packages such as Lean Data and DocuSign
      - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues reported by users through a case system
      - Manage deployments of changes to the production environment of Salesforce
      - Collaborate with Architecture, Operations, and Data teams on projects and implementation of new applications
      - Create end-user enablement documentation and facilitate UAT sessions with team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Legal authorization to work in Canada; no employment visa sponsorship available
      - Ability to travel up to 10%
      - Minimum of 6+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce administration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree
      - Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
      - Fluent in Salesforce declarative workflow automation tools
      - Experience with APEX programming language
      - User-centric, empathetic approach to introducing systems change
