What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze existing Workflow Rules and Process Builders for migration assessment
- Recreate automations using Salesforce Flow, ensuring alignment with business processes
- Conduct testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of newly built Flows
- Optimize Flow logic for performance and best practices adherence
- Assist in user training and support for process changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field)
- Accepting applicants graduating in Spring 2025 or recent graduates within the last 6 months
- Strong interest in Salesforce administration and business process management
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel, documentation tools, and sandbox testing is a plus
- Basic understanding of Salesforce data structure, security model, and reporting
