      Role and Responsibilities:

      • Maintain and evolve existing Salesforce Service Cloud implementation to meet company goals.
      • Assist with delivery and ongoing maintenance of our Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) implementation.
      • Work with subject-matter experts from different departments in order to understand their internal processes and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
      • Create custom web hooks and build integrations with other systems
      • Accurately and consistently document necessary information that is easily digested by other people (Wiki articles, procedural documentation, technical briefings).
      • Work with business analysts and development teams in building solutions that support the scale for both business and IT business requirement documentation, process level flows, user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications.
      • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
      • Demonstrate commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and delivering quality results.
      • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service to the GuidePoint user base.
      • Proven ability to meet or exceed project objectives and user expectations.

      Position Requirements:

      • Possess strong client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal).
      • Experience reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
      • Possess a solid functional and industry knowledge of Salesforce.
      • An expert level understanding of Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) products with a deep focus on PSA Cloud is required.
      • Leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to create solutions that cater to unique customer needs.
      • Provide both oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration of Certinia and Service Cloud.
      • Experience in implementing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, email generation, SLA’s, case management, entitlements, digital engagement, and knowledge management according to Service Cloud
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceive and execute state-of-the-art customer service solutions, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
      • Maintain high standards of code quality and optimized user experiences.
      • Deliver projects and enhancements, while also providing support related to Salesforce Service Cloud and Certinia.
      • Experience in using/extending API Services provided by Salesforce.
      • Experience in developing high-performance, reusable and reliable APEX code
      • Proficient with JavaScript and web services
      • Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Service Cloud and Certinia solutions
      • Good project management skills with ability to multitask.

      Educational & Professional Credentials

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
      • 5+ years of experience working in and integrating to Salesforce or other cloud-based tools
      • 3+ years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce), specifical Professional Services Cloud a must
      • 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud a must
      • Must have previously implemented Certinia PSA
      • Salesforce certifications are a plus
      • Knowledge of financial accounting related to service delivery is a plus

      Travel & Office Location

      • Approximately 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers
      • Salesforce Engineers work remotely or their regional office when not traveling
