What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Salesforce application, ensuring user needs are met
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to configure and enhance the Salesforce platform
- Serve as the primary contact for end-users, addressing support requests and training needs
- Participate in Salesforce development projects, including testing and implementation of new features
- Monitor system metrics and conduct audits to maintain data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification(s), with preference for candidates holding multiple certifications
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions for 2000+ users in an SSO environment
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and data import/export using Apex Data Loader
- Prior experience in CRM or Sales Enablement with end-user interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
- Knowledge of Enterprise Territory Management and Salesforce flow
- Prior experience as a business analyst or systems analyst
