What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions for go-to-market functions
- Handle admin functions in Salesforce, including user maintenance and data management
- Gather and implement business requests for system improvements
- Automate processes using core Salesforce tools
- Educate team members on Salesforce capabilities and applications
- Manage and maintain admin rights and external systems connected to Salesforce
- Monitor Salesforce platform releases and liaise with Salesforce for issues and requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience crafting Salesforce solutions using declarative tools
- Strong knowledge of Flows and ability to create and maintain them
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organization and documentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
- Willingness to learn and work with other technology platforms
- Comfortable and experienced with agile ways of working
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
