Position Purpose: Seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the continual improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Salesforce user experience, with responsibilities including:

• Gathering requirements and feedback
• Designing scalable best practice solutions
• Working with stakeholders to refine current Salesforce processes.
• Design and implement new functionality in Sales and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
• Automating repeatable tasks using Flows.
• Documenting functionality and best practices.
• Communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of a Salesforce project.
• Translate technical information into layman’s terms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the ability to quickly identify areas of improvement based on our business. Working closely with a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in both Salesforce and the healthcare fields.
