- Design and implement new functionality in Sales and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
- Automating repeatable tasks using Flows.
- Documenting functionality and best practices.
- Communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of a Salesforce project.
- Translate technical information into layman’s terms.
- Bachelor’s in computer science/related field or equivalent experience with SaaS technologies.
- 2+ Years of Salesforce Administration experience required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required. Advanced Administrator (ADM301), and Platform App Builder preferred.
Position Purpose: Seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the continual improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Salesforce user experience, with responsibilities including:
