      Overview

As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization in this role, we are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator/Developer (hybrid role) to ensure that our organization capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce platform. In this role, your duties will include design, build, configuration, and development of our LLS Salesforce orgs, based on gathered business requirements, using standard Salesforce configuration options as well as declarative development. Less frequently, you will be called upon to develop code using Apex. Additionally, your duties will include promoting development through the various environments, maintaining system documentation, and managing setup and configuration of Installed Packages like NPSP. To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration, knowledge of Salesforce development, exhibit excellent communication skills with an ongoing openness to understanding different perspectives, proven critical-thinking skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to configuration and code standards and accepted best practices. This role will be more “admin-heavy" over development.
