What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design, and system development
- Architect secure, scalable solutions on Salesforce that meet business requirements
- Create and deliver CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies
- Oversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to specifications
- Mentor team members on best practices and new technology needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Minimum Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Omnistudio Consultant
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences
- Experience in full cycle programming and managing deployment of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional Salesforce Certifications or Accreditations
- Experience with Trailhead Superbadges
- Knowledge of operational and technical development tools such as VB.NET, C#, and REST API
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps framework and Agile methodology
- Understanding of healthcare industry requirements and solutions
