What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with client leaders to understand their needs and manage complex proposals
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of solutions with customer goals
- Lead solution design and orchestrate efforts across the employer, partners, and clients
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
- Conduct regular business reviews to propose enhancements and ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in consulting or IT services within Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
- Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Sales and Business Development experience with Salesforce products
- 2+ years of experience and strong understanding of GenAI and AI technologies for the Salesforce industry
- Proven ability to manage portfolio P&L to ensure profitable financial results
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with client executives and internal stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- Experience in Professional Services Consulting or Consultative Selling
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Proactive mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to inspire and lead multiple teams in a collaborative environment
