      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and document business requirements for software and process changes through user interviews, surveys, and workshops
      - Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications
      - Assist technical teams in the design, coding, testing, and deployment phases to resolve any issues
      - Respond to and resolve support requests while ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
      - Facilitate effective cross-functional project team meetings and ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree/certificate from a technical or vocational institution
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field
      - Ability to perform job functions independently and collaboratively across various disciplines
      - Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
      - Experience in Salesforce administration and support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
      - Salesforce Admin Certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications
      - Familiarity with best practices in business and information solutions delivery
      - Experience in troubleshooting and providing solutions for Salesforce applications
      - Knowledge of industry best practices related to child care and early education services
