- Configure, maintain, and manage the Salesforce.com platform to meet the organization’s business needs.
- Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Provide ongoing support for user issues and training related to Salesforce usage.
- Monitor Salesforce data quality and implement procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the system and recommend improvements for Salesforce usage and performance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide data insights to various departments.
- Assist salespersons with administrative work on deals, opportunities, and other sales-related activities.
- Input customer and deal information into Salesforce and ensure accuracy.
- Help manage and track the progress of opportunities and deals within the CRM.
- Provide support with contract generation and documentation through Salesforce.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to create and streamline workflows within Salesforce.
- Ensure workflows are set up to automate routine tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide solutions for process improvements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that Salesforce meets all operational needs.
- Assist with the customization and integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
- Provide training and resources to staff on how to use Salesforce effectively.
- Salesforce Lightning: Proficiency in using and administering Salesforce Lightning interface.
- Data Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate customer data, data validation, and ensuring data integrity.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Workflow Automation: Knowledge of designing and implementing workflow automation processes to streamline business operations.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve system or user issues.
- Contract Management: Experience in managing contract information and integrating it within Salesforce.
- Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with collaboration platforms to communicate across teams and manage processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on the minute aspects of data and system configuration to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, users, and other departments.

IntelliTrans, (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our team hybrid/remote in Atlanta, GA or Conway, Arkansas.
This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Administrator. This role will be responsible for the design, setup, maintenance, and overall management of Salesforce.com, our CRM tool. The primary focus will be ensuring the optimal functionality of Salesforce, configuring the system, and maintaining the integrity of customer data. Additionally, this position will assist the sales teams with administrative tasks related to deals, opportunities, customer data management, and contract work, as well as will collaborate with other departments to create and manage workflows, ensuring that Salesforce supports the broader operational needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required; or 10 Years of Experience in lieu of degree
Experience: 2+ years in related Salesforce CRM experience
Skills:
Salesforce Administration: Proficient in Salesforce.com configuration, customization, and user management.
