  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Review UIP and related custom objects within the Salesforce instance for potential modifications and structural design improvements
  - Design and implement modifications to various Salesforce objects and components as directed by the team
  - Modify existing VisualForce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex components related to the UIP
  - Validate and promote custom code into the production environment, ensuring code coverage
  - Provide documentation detailing work performed for future reference by business users
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience with Salesforce development, including VisualForce, LWC, Aura, and Apex
  - Strong understanding of UIP and related custom objects within the Salesforce ecosystem
  - Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and document work comprehensively
  - Experience in identifying and addressing potential project risks
  - Availability to attend required meetings and provide status updates as needed
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience working on similar Salesforce projects or enhancements
  - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
