What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components
- Architect solutions that address Salesforce governor limits and optimize performance
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Develop internal applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and Temporal workflows
- Document technical solutions and maintain system architecture documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security best practices
- Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns
- Proficiency in JavaScript for both frontend and backend development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Temporal workflows or similar orchestration platforms
- Knowledge of iPaaS platforms or building custom integration solutions
- Familiarity with Node.js and Vue.js for full-stack development
- Experience with GCP/AWS and Marketing Automation platforms
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder)
