      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
      - Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party services, managing data feeds and APIs
      - Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot applications, and document functionality
      - Interact with stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements, providing system administration support
      - Review work of other developers to ensure adherence to coding and design standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development
      - Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II)
      - Proven experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Community Portal
      - Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
      - Strong knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products and Zoom Conferencing Technology
      - Ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision
      - Flexibility to adapt quickly to shifting demands and work effectively under pressure
