- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more
- Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity
- Implement scalable solutions whenever possible
- Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices
- Conduct code reviews for teammates
- Contribute to the DevOps process
- Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead
- Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context

Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a solid Salesforce developer who can contribute their development and configuration skills to our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. This implementation leans heavily toward programmatic development.The developer hired for this position will help design solutions to meet stakeholder requirements involving complex integration of new and existing features shared by multiple development teams.
