- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support data migrations, system integrations, and user interface enhancements.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior developers when needed.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with established development standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data model.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of Service and Sales Cloud is preferred.

As a Salesforce Developer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support key business functions. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce development practices, the ability to work independently on moderately complex projects, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong interest in cloud-based technologies, specifically Salesforce, and a passion for learning.
