      Job Description

      As our Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a vital role at Bosch Service Solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with our internal teams to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet our client’s business needs.

      Focus Areas

      • Delivery: Configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our business
      • Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
      • Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
      • CI/CD: Being aware of CI/CD methodologies and take the ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
      • Quality: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
      • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce coding and design best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator Team to maintain and enhance the existing Salesforce instances. Work task focused independently but also within a team of Developers and admins.
      • Communication: Strong communication skills, the ability to convey complicated technical concepts between difference audiences and levels of understanding.

      Qualifications

      • Relevant Experience: You should have a minimum of 2,5 years of experience in Salesforce customization and implementation.
      • Industry Experience: Notable experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning and their applications in Service, Manufacturing, and Maintenance industries is beneficial.
      • References and Case Studies: Strong references and a portfolio of successful Salesforce projects, showcasing the ability to deliver tangible results.
      • Technical Proficiency:
        • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations.
        • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
        • Experience working with large data sets an, Salesforce integrations and data migration.
      • Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical development and problem solving. Versed in agile methodology/processes; Bringing in strong interpersonal and communication skills; Team-oriented work.
      • Collaborate: Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with project.
      • Certificates: Platform Developer 1, Service and Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
      • Language: Fluent written and spoken English. German is an asset.
