      This is a seasoned Salesforce.com Developer to maintain and develop applications within Salesforce.com and ensure the continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions within a fast paced, team oriented environment. This position will also participate in the planning, execution and deployment of future Salesforce implementations and projects throughout our global organization.

      As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
      Write code and perform customizations that meet evolving business needs
      Design and develop Visualforce pages, triggers, Apex classes, batch jobs, solutions on force.com platform and unit tests with a focus on test-driven development
      Build Salesforce configuration, including flow and security controls
      Be an expert on back-end development of Salesforce.com, including design of data models, a strong knowledge of SOQL, and usage of web technologies such as REST API
      Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions while following development best practices to ensure long-term viability and scalability of customizations
      Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies
      Deploy customizations using ANT and Change Sets on Force.com platform
      Mass Update Report and dashboard meta data definitions using XML
      Support Sandbox maintenance every release cycle
      Research, design, and deliver Salesforce solutions for multiple business units collaborating with analysts and business owners to deliver results in a timely manner
      Test functionality of new implementations in Salesforce prior to releasing to business
      Review and assess current state to identify and recommend improvement opportunities
      Provide expertise in developing applications, integrations, and automated solutions
      Stay Current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed; including integrations with third party solutions
      Define, deliver and support functionality and configuration of the Salesforce.com platform

      YOU HAVE:
      Graduate with Salesforce App Builder Certification, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Developer, Certified Technical Architect
      Previous experience in or with
      5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Developer Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations
      Experience in Database designing and system architecture
      Knowledge, and practical application of the Apex, Java script, CSS, and Visualforce
      Ability to multitask and deliver results with aggressive timelines with minimal supervision
      Ability to understand requirements documents and translate into configuration • Solid understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g., API and governor limits)
      Willing to challenge positions providing guidance towards alternative solution paths trying to limit amount of custom code and use standard out of the box methods for similar outcomes
      Should have experience in developing Experience Cloud (customer community and partner portals)
      Should have experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
      Should have experience in at least one DevOps tool (Jenkins, Gearset, Bitbucket, etc)
      Should be familiar with tools like JIRA, VS Code, Post Man, etc.

      Ability to effectively translate and communicate business requirements into solutions
      Proven expertise managing multiple projects concurrently, with various teams and functional groups.
      Foundational project management skills including consultation, collaboration, project planning, analysis and implementation skills.
