      Day-to-Day as a Salesforce Developer

      • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
      • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automations.
      • Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., custodians, CRM add-ons, financial planning tools).
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
      • Ensure best practices for data quality, security, and user access are implemented and enforced.
      • Support end-user training and documentation efforts in collaboration with operations and training teams.
      • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate/apply new features as appropriate.

      What You Bring as a Salesforce Developer:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • 3+ years proven experience in a Salesforce Developer role, ideally within wealth management
      • Must have finance industry experience (RIA, banking, insurance, wirehouse, fund management)
      • Musthave Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
      • Go-getter/trouble shooter/ability to multitask/curious/dynamic
      • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform capabilities.
      • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
      • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
      • Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively

      Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt

      Location: This position is located at one of our offices in Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, Lisle, or San Diego. This is a Hybrid role (3 days in the office with the option to work from home 2 days).

      Salary: $100,000, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
