What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications and integrations on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
- Own technical solutions from design to deployment, including estimation and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements and provide constructive feedback during code reviews
- Monitor system performance and logs to troubleshoot and optimize as needed
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a mid-to-large-scale enterprise environment (200+ users)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer certification (required)
- In-depth knowledge of coding in Apex programming language and proficiency in Salesforce development best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Einstein AI/Agentforce for Service Cloud, or Omni-Channel
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
