What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet business needs
- Implement Marketing Cloud journeys, automation, email templates, and related configurations
- Support release cycles by deploying new features and updates to applications and code
- Collaborate with integrated applications to ensure seamless functionality
- Conduct testing and debugging to maintain high-quality code and data standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development, particularly with Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud
- Hands-on experience with data integrations, including direct API and middleware
- Experience in healthcare technology or other heavily regulated industries
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of coding best practices and data quality standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service and Sales Cloud
- Previous involvement in healthcare-related projects or technology solutions
