      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD configuration and post-deployment validation
      - Implement and manage a Salesforce DevOps toolchain aligned with compliance and security requirements
      - Coordinate testing and release readiness across Admin and Developer teams
      - Document and maintain procedures for change management and deployment compliance
      - Serve as the primary liaison during audits, supporting documentation requests and system access reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps
      - Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or equivalent CI/CD solutions
      - Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox environments
      - Familiarity with agile work management tools like Jira or Asana
      - Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly around governance and processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) and change control documentation
      - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Center Specialist)
      - Experience designing or launching a DevOps strategy within Salesforce
      - Background in supporting platform audits or working in a regulated industry
