What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop new or enhanced business technologies, performing trade-off analyses
- Create, reuse, and experiment with designs and design artifacts, applying software engineering principles
- Follow the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices while experimenting with emerging technologies
- Develop, maintain, test, and integrate applications and systems supporting business operations
- Participate in designing new solutions aligned with Target Architecture principles, focusing on customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud and experience with email-to-case logic
- Experience designing and executing custom solutions leveraging the SFDC toolset
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing quality of systems and data in Salesforce.com instances
- Salesforce integration experience with other systems through APIs
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience implementing and maintaining a Salesforce CRM application
- Working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations, with experience developing and maintaining MuleSoft APIs
