What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification Exam
- Experience with higher education organizations and processes
- Service Cloud, Education Cloud, and/or Developer certifications
