What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Deliver Custom Reporting capabilities
- Develop approach documentation, process flows, and/or business requirements for new capabilities and products needed to support campaigns
- Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skillsets in the Marketing organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered
- 2-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CSS, HTML, AMP Script, etc. preferred
- Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Proven experience developing unique solutions to complex problems and ability to think outside the box
- Comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers & influencers
