- Design, configure, and deploy customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC components.
- Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and social.
- Create dynamic content using AMP script and personalize messages to drive engagement.
- Manage data imports, list segmentation, audience creation, and campaign automation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable SFMC strategies.
- Integrate SFMC with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
- Analyze campaign performance using built-in analytics and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Maintain platform integrity, ensure data hygiene, and manage subscriber consent and preferences in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio.
- Proficiency in AMP script, HTML/CSS for email design, and SQL for querying data in SFMC.
- Experience in integrating SFMC with other platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Core).
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices, customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer) are a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in the B2C or B2B domain with high-volume email campaigns.
- Familiarity with data privacy and marketing compliance standards.
- Experience with Journey testing, SFMC debugging tools, and platform performance tuning.
- Salesforce Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
