What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the migration from Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
- Understand and navigate the different data model specific to nonprofit processes in Salesforce
- Collaborate effectively with the client's team to ensure a smooth migration process
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud functionalities and best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any migration-related issues that arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship or third-party Corp to Corp available
- Experience working with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and its data model
- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage the migration process
- Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant preferred, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in nonprofit technology consulting
- Knowledge of nonprofit processes and data management
- Salesforce certifications beyond Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
