      Join employer's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and be part of a fast-paced and high-energy Agile development environment. As a Salesforce Performance engineer, you will collaborate with developers, Scrum masters, and Architects to test and deliver critical Salesforce solutions. Drive CRM automation framework and tool development, create and execute automated testing solutions.

      Responsibilities:

      - Perform quality assurance and test execution for Salesforce application
      - Design, develop, and analyze test plans and strategies
      - Troubleshoot defects and provide software engineering services
      - Develop integrated testing solutions and data/environment strategies
      - Conduct IST/UAT and E2E testing for the entire Salesforce customer experience

      Requirements:

      - 5+ years of performance testing experience
      - Strong experience in performance test frameworks design and development
      - Understanding of Object-Oriented Design
      - Ability to handle deployments and resolve system issues
      - Proficiency in using browser developer tools and automation tools like Selenium
      - Experience with load generation scripts using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter
      - Familiarity with Identity Governance/Identity Management tools
      - Agile Scrum experience
      - Knowledge of SOASTA Digital Performance Management platform
      - Understanding of workload models and performance metrics analysis
      - Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Certifications in testing tools and methodologies
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
