Prioritize the team’s backlog items including work from Strategic Initiatives and other planned work and communicate priorities with relevant stakeholders
Order, and refine the team’s backlog items in the form of Features and User Stories, to maximize value to users and other relevant stakeholders
Manage tasks from strategic initiatives, stand-alone smaller initiatives, and daily improvements
Some years of experience as a Business Analyst or preferably as Product Owner
Experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities- and you can listen and challenge in a constructive way enabling buy-in from your stakeholders
Experience working Agile – where especially experience with the SAFe framework will be a clear advantage
Well-developed communication and presentation abilities with fluency in English

As our new Salesforce Product Owner, you own a wide range of exciting Salesforce solutions together with other Salesforce Product Owners. Your focus is on helping us transform and adapt to a more digitalized approach to business and you focus on solutions targeted most of our internal employees at GN.
Your work entails the entire delivery process; from assisting with identification of areas for improvement, to more detailed work in authoring user stories, working closely with technical leads/scrum teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses priorities, performing testing, and overseeing execution of efforts.
As a Product Owner, you work closely with the other Salesforce Product Owners, Salesforce architects and the Salesforce Success team to translate the product vision into user stories that can be actioned by the delivery team.
The team you will be part of
At our global headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark, you will work in a hybrid work environment with the ability to have flexible hours working from home.
You will report to the Head of Salesforce in our Commercial Digital Center of Excellence, part of our global Digital Marketing and Customer Solution.
Collaboration is key to be successful in your new role. You should expect to spend time on gathering requirements from and sharing ideas with Senior and Executive staff members from the commercial teams. To execute on the development, you will join a small Scrum team with team members in Denmark and Poland
Our Salesforce team is characterized by being dedicated, proactive and collaborative with a passion for excellence and having fun. The team is currently expanding with additional roles, due to internal service demands.
We are embarking on a strategic Salesforce journey, and you will have the ability to influence the product from a very early stage. We have Service and Sales Cloud implemented and are in the process of implementing Order Management, e-commerce, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.
