What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a valid nursing license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a specialized area of nursing, such as pediatrics or geriatrics
- Certification in a relevant nursing specialty
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patient populations
